This Privacy Policy explains how MyTi Films LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company (“MyTi Films,” “we,” “us”), collects and uses information when you use MyTiFilms.com (the “Service”).

Email address — when you join as a free member or sign up for updates.
Usage information — pages visited, titles watched, device and browser type, IP address, and similar analytics data, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Messages you send us — if you contact us through the site or by email.
We do not collect payment information (the Service is free) and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
2. How We Use Information
To operate your membership: sending one-time sign-in links (“magic links”) and account notices. To tell you about premieres, early access, and new titles (you can unsubscribe at any time). To understand how the Service is used and improve it, using analytics tools (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity); Clarity may record anonymized interactions such as clicks and scrolling to help us improve pages. To protect the Service against abuse and to comply with law.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Service — such as email delivery, hosting, and analytics providers — under agreements that limit their use of it — including our customer communications platform (GoHighLevel), our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services), and analytics services (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) — and if required by law or to protect our rights.
