MyTi Films — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and MyTi Films LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company (“MyTi Films,” “we,” “us”). They govern your use of MyTiFilms.com and all content and services on it (the “Service”). By using the Service or creating a free membership, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What MyTi Films Is
MyTi Films is a free streaming platform for original series and films. All series and films on the Service are AI-generated and are labeled as such. Membership is free and gives members early access to premieres and related updates.
2. Who May Use the Service
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service and at least 13 to create a membership. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. Some titles may be intended for mature audiences; viewer discretion applies.
3. Membership and Sign-In
Membership is free. You sign in with your email address using a one-time sign-in link (“magic link”). You agree to provide an email address you own, keep access to it secure, and not share sign-in links with others. You are responsible for activity under your membership. We may suspend or close memberships that violate these Terms.
4. Free Service; Changes to the Service
The Service is currently free to watch and free to join. We may change, add, or remove content or features at any time, and may later introduce advertising or optional paid features. If we do, we will post the changes on the Service. Content availability is not guaranteed — titles and premiere dates may change.
5. Your License to Watch
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream and view content on the Service for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not download (except where we provide a download feature), copy, record, re-upload, redistribute, publicly screen, sell, or create derivative works from any content on the Service without our prior written permission. Short clips may be shared only using sharing tools we provide or with our written permission.
6. Ownership
All content on the Service — including series, films, trailers, posters, artwork, music, the MyTi Films name and logo — is owned by MyTi Films or licensed to it, including content adapted from the River Comics universe under license from River Comics. All rights are reserved. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.
7. AI-Generated Content
All series and films on the Service are works of fiction created with generative AI tools. The characters, voices, and likenesses depicted are synthetic and fictional. Any resemblance to any real person, living or dead, or to any actual event, is coincidental and unintended. Stories inspired by history, legend, or religious tradition are creative interpretations, not factual accounts.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) rip, scrape, crawl, or harvest content or data from the Service; (b) use bots or automated tools to access the Service; (c) circumvent, disable, or interfere with security or content-protection features; (d) reverse engineer any part of the Service; (e) frame or mirror the Service; (f) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; or (g) interfere with others’ use of the Service.
9. Emails and Communications
By creating a membership you agree to receive service emails (such as sign-in links and account notices) and membership updates (such as premiere and early-access announcements). You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each email; service emails are sent as needed to operate your membership.
10. Third-Party Platforms
Content we publish on third-party platforms (such as YouTube or social media) is also subject to those platforms’ terms. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for third-party sites or services.
11. Feedback
If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service or close your membership at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections 5–8 and 13–16 survive termination.
13. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYTI FILMS AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THESE LIMITS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold MyTi Films harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
16. Governing Law; Arbitration; Class-Action Waiver
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY — IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. You and MyTi Films agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. The arbitration will be conducted in New Jersey or, at your election, by video conference, and the Federal Arbitration Act governs this section.
CLASS-ACTION WAIVER: You and MyTi Films each agree that disputes will be brought only on an individual basis, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated, or representative action.
Opt-out: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing info@mytifilms.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, stating your name, email address, and that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.
17. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to info@mytifilms.com with: your contact information, a description of the work, the location of the material on the Service, a statement of good-faith belief, a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury, and your signature.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version. Material changes will be posted on the Service, and continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
